Shipping Questions:
How do orders get sent out?
Phone orders usually go out UPS Ground. Sometimes we use USPS Priority if it’s less expensive. Online orders will go out UPS Ground.
How long will it take to get my order?
If everything is in stock and you live in Montana you should get it the next business day. If you live in the far east or northeast part of Montana it might take two business days. Most surrounding areas (WY, ND, ID) are about two business days. Keep in mind that UPS doesn’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays and major Holidays.
What if something is not in stock?
Usually, we will send it to you when it gets here. (You will not be charged for the item until it gets sent to you.) The exception: If you’ve been waiting longer than 30 days we’ll give you a call to see if you still want it before we ship it.
How much is shipping?
Your shipping costs are whatever UPS charges us. We do not add an additional charge for boxing up items.
