Terms and Conditions
You may order by phone, online, or by mail.
We accept Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
We also accept personal checks and money orders sent by mail.
Any international payments are denominated in U.S. dollars.
If you’ve ordered something and you’re not satisfied then send it back with a note or phone call and we’ll either try again or refund your original method of payment. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to us. (If it’s our mistake, we’ll pay for the shipping of the correct item to you.) All other returns after 30 days are subjected to a restocking fee of 15%. Please call us and let us know you’re returning something and why.
We use UPS Ground and the USPS. (Online orders use UPS Ground only.) There is an additional charge for COD of $8.00 and there is a $7.50 charge for shipping bar iron. The UPS guy shows up around 3 p.m. so if you place your order by 2 p.m. it will go out that same day. Online orders will ship out the same as phone orders.
We also use USPS Priority mail. The Postal Service has some flat rate boxes that can make some shipments cheaper than UPS.
We’re serious about security and protecting your information. We NEVER sell, rent or trade email addresses. When you place an order online we collect your email address, name, address, telephone number and credit card information. We use this information to communicate with you about your order. All customer information is transferred using secure (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information before it is sent.
